….out of the mouth of babes

On this morning, I walked into the kitchen and looked out of the window. I looked at my kid who was sitting down eating and said, “I thought it would be sunny today, it’s very cloudy and gray.” My kid replied, “it looks that way but sometimes it is gray and then the sun begins to shine.”

That response from my child was a lot more to me than the weather. It was something more profound.

Whatever looks cloudy and gray in your life will not last always. I’m sure you have heard the phrase, there is a light at the end of the tunnel and that’s because there is. What can start out as a dim dreary day can turn into a day of joy and favor. Be of good cheer and remember that every test and trial that you may be facing, it has already been overcome.
