In April, I shared that I would be unleashing a series named “Open up your Mouth” and this has been a work in progress and finally its able to manifest and bless all of you.

Readers, take a walk with me on this journey series of Open Up your Mouth. This will be a 4-part episode revealing how you can liberate yourself simply by speaking God’s word over your life with power, with authority silently and openly. Open up Your Mouth will dive into the hidden deception that Satan tries to use to discourage from using a very powerful weapon, your mouth, to speak the word of God. There are limitless possibilities in your life if only you would believe. Open Up your Mouth and “call those things which be not as though they were.” Romans 4 verse 17
Speak boldly as you ought to speak
So in prayer, research, meditation, and writing, I have had the best time learning more myself on how to speak boldly and declaring the word of God. One of the biggest reasons why it can be so hard to speak the word out loud is because of fear. I have written a number of works on fear and how to overcome it and in the end it comes down to your faith.
We are so loved by God, he says, “don’t fear, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name; you are mine. ” -Isaiah 43 verse 1 If you are consumed with fear, how strong is your faith? Satan will try to use different tactics of fear to imprision your faith. Open up your Mouth and speak God’s word over your life, over your body, over your family, “that you may open your mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel.” -Ephesians 6 verse 19 You should be “speaking boldly as you ought to speak. The power of life and death is in your tongue.” Speak life in your life.
The words of your mouth
Sometimes it can feel mentally draining to read your bible or to even pray. This is not where we want to be in our spiritual relationship. The reason you can feel mentally exhausted just to even think on praying can signify being bound and a lack faith. To think on the goodness of Jesus is a blessing not a burden. In Lamentations 3 verse 25, it says, “the Lord is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him.” When you cannot succumb to opening your mouth to pray or praise you are allowing the enemy to take control over blocking your blessing, over your peace, over your break-through, and over that very thing that you know you need God to do in your life.
What are you wrestling with?
To speak the word of God boldly requires for you to Open up your Mouth and do just that. Have you ever felt like, every time you go to pray, it seems like it’s just so much you are dealing with that you don’t know where to start? There are so many things that you can be wrestling with that you don’t know what to say, not even to be bold about it. It’s not the carnal things of this world, it’s spiritual. Even the attacks in your life, on your job, against your marriage, is spiritual. “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against rulers of the darkness of this world.” – Ephesians 6 verse 12 The scripture aforementioned says, “we wrestle.” Have you ever watched wrestling? Perhaps while younger you wrestled with your siblings or you may have seen other kids doing so. When wrestling, you often notice one person has the other person in a locked position. The objective is not about how many rolls or moves you make, it’s mainly about how long you can keep that person in the same position for the longest time. It’s about how long you can pin your opponent down.
This is it.
This is what the enemy tries to do, get you in a locked position for as long as he can. His objective is to pin you down (kill), keep you quiet (steal), torment you (destroy). Satans mission is clear; is yours? Does the enemy have your mouth shut so that you are too fearful or tired to speak God’s word in your life? Are you locked up, bound and confused? What is your mission? Your greatest weapon is to remove the chains that has bound you by Opening up your Mouth and speaking God’s word. Don’t allow Satan to put you in a position where you are enslaved to his tricks and tactics. You are not a slave to fear! Your blessing and your deliverance starts and ends in speaking God’s word. Meditate on the word, pray the word, speak the word. Open up your Mouth.
